Ashamed of the shameless enemy

In Baloch traditions and in every civilized society in any kind of dispute, quarrel or war be it as much fierce or inhuman, it is a cowardly and shameful act to target, harass or kill an innocent particularly a woman, children or an aged-person. I don’t know about others as much but in Baloch society women has a great respect and enjoys special immunities in quarrel, disputes, and tribal conflicts and in any other situations of unfavorable relations between families, groups and tribes.

Women are considered as symbol of honor in Baloch society and in any condition they are completely immunized from any kind of hurt or damage from the rival group. Even Baloch history is full of examples where woman have played a vital and effective role in resolving decades long bloody tribal conflicts.

But now we are face-to-face with an enemy, the Pakistani state, which doesn’t know any humanity, civilized society rules and is completely ignorant of every kind of war rules. Its forces are unleashed on civilians and innocents and are free to do anything to anyone anywhere they want. Military operations, bombardments by jet fighters, gunship helicopters, tanks and burnings of houses, garners of farmers, and indiscriminate killings in Balochistan by ground troops of occupying forces of Pakistan need not to be mentioned as they are everyday matter. Abductions of civilians including political activists, students, lawyers, poets, intellectuals, writers and recovery of their bullet riddled, badly tortured mutilated dead bodies is another nightmare witnessed in Balochistan every day.

But the worst in our enemy is that it has started targeting women. Countless women and children are killed by occupying forces since the enforced annexation in 1948. Recent Victims include Zarina Marri, a 23 year old Baloch woman; teacher by profession, along with her 1 year old son was abducted on Dec 05, 2005 from Kohlu, Balochistan by occupying forces of Pakistan. Her whereabouts still remain unknown but according to Muneer Mengal, a Baloch leader and a victim of abduction and torture by Pakistani forces told she has been kept as sex slave in torture cells. Another victim is Miss Hanifa Bugti; a 50 year old woman Baloch politician affiliated with Baloch Republican Party was abducted on January 20, 2011 from Quetta by occupying forces and still missing.

Pazo Bibi, a young Baloch woman abducted by occupying forces on December 31, 2011 from an adjacent area of Sui, Dera Bugti during a military operation and was reportedly gang-raped by occupying forces and severely tortured and she later bleed to death and her dead body was dump near her house from a fast moving vehicle.

Several women were killed along with many men of Marri tribesmen in a recent massive military offensive in Kohistan-e-Marri region of Balochistan.

Another Baloch woman recent victim of Pakistani brutality is Jannat Bibi, She is killed during an offensive of Pakistani forces in Dera Bugti. Details here

And today the most cowardly and shameful act of the occupying forces was witnessed when Sister of a Baloch pro-independence leader Nawab Brahumdagh Bugti and granddaughter of Shaheed-e-Azam Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti was killed along with her teenage daughter and their driver in Gizri Bridge, Karachi when the armed-men of secret agencies of Pakistan opened indiscriminate firing on their car when they were on their way back to home after attending a wedding of a close relative.

She was wife of Mir Bakhtiyar Domki, a tribal head of Domki tribe. Apparent reason of her killing is to hurt the Baloch leader Nawab Brahumdagh Bugti and his family emotionally as they are far away to be hurt physically.

We the Baloch are believed to be born fighters and our mother sing us stories of warriors in their berceuse. Baloch have fought against every invader from Alexander the great to the British imperialist forces but had never faced such shameless and coward enemy who can stoop this low to fulfill his dirty goals. The only word I can say is we the Baloch are really ashamed of the shameless enemy, The Pakistani state and its forces.

Gulzameen: Military offensives continue, 5 abducted from Dera Bugti, Balochistan – BRP

A statement released by a pro-independence Baloch political party BRP (Baloch Republican Party) stated that military offensives increased in Occupied Balochistan in recent days in contrary to the statements of occupying forces of Pakistan claiming a complete end to the military operations in Balochistan.

Military offensives continue unabated in Balochistan and occupying forces violated the privacy of many houses during late night raids in Dera Bugti, Balochistan. Residents of the houses including Women, children and aged-persons were harassed by forces.

Five Baloch namely Zafar s/o Meeral, Murad Ali s/o Shah Murad, Haizo s/o Shah Murad, Jumma s/o Shah Murad and Hammal Baloch were abducted during the raids and forces took them away toward an undisclosed location where they are feared to be inhumanly tortured or even to be killed and dumped as a continuation of notorious Kill and Dump policy of the occupying forces.

In previous days, occupying forces of Pakistan carried out a massive offensive in PirKoh area of Dera Bugti where 3 including an aged-men “Shoungal” and a woman namely “Jannat Bibi” were wounded who later succumbed to injuries because they were kept hostage till many hours and relatives were not allowed by occupying forces to shift the injured to hospital for medical treatment.

Spokesman of BRP said “the statements of occupying forces claiming a complete halt to the military operations in Balochistan are based on lies and are efforts to befool the world about the facts in Balochistan. If there is no military operation going on in Balochistan than why doesn’t the occupying forces let the media and fact finding teams to freely operate in Balochistan and inform the world about crimes against humanity committed by Pakistani forces in Balochistan?”

He added Dera Bugti and Kohistan Marri among many other areas are still no-go zones for journalists and common people and Pakistani forces are preparing for a new military offensive in Makran region where their unusual patrolling and gatherings were noticed in recent days.

We urge international community to end its prolonged silence on crimes against humanity and human rights violations by Pakistani forces in Balochistan and practically intervene for an end to the ongoing violence.

Baloch freedom fighters attacked a camp of ISI-backed Lashkar, Killed 4 including a commander

According to sources, Baloch Freedom fighters attacked a camp of ISI-backed Aman force aka Sarkari Lashkar in Pat feeder, an adjacent area of Sui, Dera Bugti.

Sources confirmed that 4 personnel of the Lashkar were killed including a commander namely Atta Mohammad s/o Ali Mohammad Hamzani Bugti also known as Commander Lora.

On the other side, the spokesman of Baloch Republican Army Mir Sarbaz Baloch calling from an undisclosed location to the media reporter claimed responsibility of the attacked adding Baloch Freedom fighters also took the arms of the dead personnel into custody and eventually detonated and destroyed the camp completely.

Reporters quoted Mir Sarbaz Baloch saying “Baloch Republican Army warns all those currently working in the so-called Aman Lashkar or advocating the occupying forces by any other means, to immediately surrender and abandon all anti-Baloch activities or else they will face the same fate”.

In must be mentioned here that the occupying forces have created this notorious armed force to suppress the voices of Baloch for freedom, this is involved in abducting and killings of Baloch political activists and leaders and it also collaborate the occupying forces of Pakistan in military offensives against Baloch. Yesterday alone, three innocents Baloch including a woman were killed during military offensives in different parts of Dera Bugti and their corpses were dumped in desolated places.

Forces intensified Operations in Balochistan in retort to US concerns – Sher Mohammad Bugti

The Spokesman of Central Organizing Committee of Baloch Republican Party Mir Sher Mohammad Bugti said the occupying forces have intensified military operations in Balochistan after the concerns expressed by State Department of America on genocide of Baloch nation and Human Rights Violations by occupying forces in Balochistan.

He said the occupying forces have made certain areas of Balochistan including Dera Bugti, Kohlu and others no-go zones for media and human rights organizations. He said the world will know the truth of genocidal policies of occupying forces if the media is allowed to freely operate in Balochistan.

He said the occupying forces are busy in major offensives against innocent Balochs in Sui, Gopat, PirKoh, Uch and other adjoining areas. The forces siege the civilian areas and indiscriminately bombarded them. As the result of bombardment and heavy firing of the forces, More than 2 dozen houses (huts/shacks) of peasant Balochs have been burnt. Three Baloch including a woman have been killed. Injured are don’t allowed to be shifted to the medical treatment. More than a dozen people were abducted by the forces during the offensives from different areas.

He said previously the forces conducted a similar operation in Kohistan Marri region of Balochistan where the human rights were barbarically crushed by occupying forces of Pakistan.

He appealed the international community, European Union, International Media and Human Rights Organizations to practically intervene in Balochistan instead of mere lip service

Occupying forces killed innocents not ‘Sarmachars’ in Chamalang Operation – BNV

 

In his recent statement, the spokesman of pro-independence political party Baloch National Voice said that statement of occupying forces claiming killings Baloch Sarmachars (Freedom Fighters) in Chamalang operation is based on lies and is an effort to conceal the fact that Pakistani forces with the help of fighter jets, gunship helicopters and heavy artillery bombarded Chamalang and adjoining areas and killed dozens of innocent Marri Balochs and injured 10s of others. Dozens were also abducted during the offensive.

Spokesman of BNV stated that majority of the killed and wounded were women and children. The statement of Colonel Arif of occupying forces claiming clashes with Baloch freedom fighters and killing them is a fabricated one.

Five other Marri Balochs, spokesman said, were also abducted from a hospital of Dera Ghazi Khan where they were shifted for medical treatment after the Chamalang operation where they got wounded.

BNV spokesman said we want to make it clear that all those killed and abducted in Chamalang operation were innocent locals and had no affiliation with Baloch resistance forces. Occupying forces are trying to conceal their defeat by releasing such fabricated statements. This is the condition of their defeat that now they see Sarmachar in every Baloch.

Those who advice surrender must quit Balochistan – Banuk Karima Baloch

The central chairperson of Baloch Students Organization (Azad) and Baloch pro-independence women leader Banuk Karima Baloch said those who advice Baloch Sarmachars to surrender must quit Balochistan, Baloch didn’t occupy Punjab or Khyber-Pakhtunkuwa. They are defending their own land and fighting against the occupying forces of Pakistan against the enforced occupation of their land.

She said even free nation bear weapons to protect the borders of their lands than why shouldn’t we Baloch as we are an occupied nation. Those who talk of negotiation and suggest Baloch to surrender are actually trying to push died vehicle of the state some further. They must first take a look at their falling economy, corruption and other social and ethical evils; they will surely know their reality that their own state is on the top on the list of failed states of the world from last many years. The state whose own guards are pinching its own citizens on every step must not consider other nations, like itself, corrupt and baseless on their struggle of freedom because the power the state is addressee with, is the Baloch national force and Baloch national force is not like the forces of occupying state who consider their institutions as business and land as business market. States can’t survive on the funds received from the world in the name aid for natural tragedies (i.e. earth quakes and floods).

She said forces of occupying state with the labels of local groups are speeding up the genocide of Baloch nation to see themselves successful but all their efforts to keep the Baloch enslaved remain failed. Recovery of bullet-riddled bodies cannot prevent us from struggling for freedom. In contrary, Baloch youth is now facing the cruelty of imperialist forces more bravely.

Baloch movement cannot be suppressed by barbarism of occupy state, bribable Sardars and Nawabs, conspiracies and Fatwahs of mullas and mosques.

Banuk Karima concluded saying I urge respectable elder Sardar to listen to the voices of Baloch mothers and sisters before trying to dishearten the Baloch youth from Baloch liberation movement, all his personal ego against Baloch Liberation movement will automatically fade away

Hunger strike for safe recovery of Baloch Missing Persons continues on its 648th day, JSQM express solidarity

The hunger strike of Baloch for the safe recovery of Baloch Missing Persons continues on its 648^th day. However, it’s been its 25 day passed in Karachi.

The senior vice chairman of JSQM (Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz, a Sindhi nationalist political party), Mir Alam Marri visited the hunger strike camp and expressed solidarity with relatives of Baloch Missing Persons and Martyrs, whom were killed extra-judicially after being abducted and inhumanly tortured by intelligence agencies and Para-military troops of the occupying state Pakistan.

Talking to the relatives Mir Alam Marri completely supported the Baloch resistance and struggle for freedom of Balochistan and said it’s the right of Baloch people to demand and get freedom which we completely affirm and support.

Mir Alam Marri further said intelligence agencies and FC (Frontier Corps) of Pakistan are directly involved in abduction and extra-judicial killings of Baloch people and JSQM condemn these cowardly actions of occupying forces in Balochistan.

He said similar to Balochistan, the state forces are also abducting and killings Sindhi nationalists. Martyr Saraai Quban, Ropahlo ToliaRy and Zulfiqar Kolachi were extra-judicially killed by secret agencies of Pakistan while many are still missing.

He appealed to the International Community, European Union, Amnesty International and other Human Rights champions to pressurize Pakistan to immediately end its atrocities against Baloch and Sindhi people and recognize them as free nations.

VBMP staged protest against disappearances & “Kill & Dump” in Balochistan

Voice for Baloch Missing Persons, an organization raising voice against arbitrary disappearances in Balochistan has staged a protest in front of Karachi press club against disappearances and extra-judicial killings of Baloch youth by intelligence agencies and Para-military troops of occupying state Pakistan.

A large number of women, youth and children participated in the protest holding play-cards and banners reading different slogans against enforced disappearances and recovery of mutilated, bullet-riddled bodies of Baloch missing persons.

Addressing to the protester the Vice chairman of VBMP, Abdul Qadeer Baloch said that Baloch Missing persons are being recovered but in the shape of Bullet-riddled and mutilated dead bodies.

Baloch nation is gifted with 8 mutilated dead bodies in the very start of this New Year raising the total number to 360 where the cases of enforced disappearances encroached 14000 which includes youth, aged-persons, women and children.

Abdul Qadeer Baloch further said “Abductions, arbitrary detention, torture and dumping of the dead bodies of Baloch youth, women and children by the state forces is a matter of daily basis in Balochistan”

Lack of attention/coverage of Pakistani media toward our prolonged peaceful protests shows its hypocrisy and makes it equal responsible for inhumane crimes committed against Baloch nation by Pakistani forces.

Abdul Qadeer Baloch said we are being severely threatened by the state forces to end the protest but we still vow to continue our peaceful protest till safe recovery of all Baloch missing persons in spite of threats to lives of our and those in custody.

US concerns over disappearances & KillAndDump in Balochistan a positive sign-Baloch National Voice

Baloch National Voice, a pro-independence political party, has stated in its recent statement that US concerns over the disappearances of political activists and human rights violations in Balochistan is a positive sign but the situation of war in Balochistan need urgent and immediate intervention of United Nations, USA and other democratic and independent states.

They must immediately intervene and play their vital role to end the illegal occupation of Baloch soil.

BNV held the concerns of US state department expressed in its weekly twitter briefing, a positive sign and stated that the occupying state of Pakistan is severely violating the UN charter by continuing the illegal occupation of Balochistan since last many decades and committing inhumane crimes and genocide of Baloch nation in Balochistan.

Occupying forces and intelligence agencies (i.e. ISI, MI) of Pakistan have abducted thousands of Baloch including more than 150 women & 200 innocent children and Pakistani forces have started a new barbaric and atrocious policy of “Kill And Dump” against the Baloch prisoners of war and following that more than 370 Baloch prisoners have so far been killed and dumped with the signs of extreme torture and bullet-riddled.

Majority of victims of “Kill and Dump” policy are highly educated and sensible Baloch youth including lawyers, doctors, intellectuals, students and political activists.

Investigation of Custodial killings of Baloch disappeared persons is meaningless because occupying Pakistani forces, Pakistani parliament, intelligence agencies and its judiciary are equally responsible for the genocide of Baloch nation.

Baloch National Voice urged the international community not to consider Balochistan as an internal matter of Pakistan because Baloch national issue is completely different from Pakistan because Pakistan is an occupying state and Balochistan is an occupied one and the aim of Baloch national movement is to get freedom from this illegal occupation.

International community must now see through the real devil face of Pakistan because Pakistan has been using all the military power to suppress the Baloch national movement which she get from US and the world in the name of war against terrorism, Alqaeda or Taliban.

BNV further stated that Balochistan is passing through a bloody era and it is the urgency of time that international community should intervene and ensure the creation of free and sovereign Baloch state Balochistan.
